KENN MILTON
CEO and Founder
MyBlueLabel
Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege to work with the largest organizations in the life-science industry, including Novartis, Philips Medical, Novo Nordisk, Leo Pharma, and some of the biggest consulting-firms in the world.
During this time, I noticed that most established organisations use large and expensive solutions and consultants for operations and projects. And with expensive solutions come, expensive consultants, including myself, to navigate the complex regulatory landscape within life sciences — compliance could be an actual show-stopper for small and mid-sized MedTech and Life Science companies.
To me a solution had to be found — I had to do something and change that. I created MyBlueLabel to revolutionize compliance and with a keen focus to make compliance a business advantage for all companies.
With the knowledge of how to get regulatory approval, I designed a digital platform with a work-break-down structure to help MedTech companies swiftly incorporate a compliance framework into their company, allowing them to become and stay compliant at a fraction of the expense and difficulty.

Syntho
Meet Wim Kees, Founder and CEO of Syntho, a startup that is disrupting the healthcare sector with software for AI-generated synthetic data to unlock privacy sensitive data and shorten the time-to-data. Why? The potential and pressure to innovate with data in healthcare is enormous. However, healthcare data is the most privacy sensitive data and is therefore locked. This privacy sensitive data is time-consuming to access, requires extensive paperwork and cannot simply be used. Hence, Syntho is on a mission to unlock this data to make sure that data-driven innovation will be realized. Wim has proven with Syntho that he can make (privacy-sensitive) data more accessible and quickly available for leading healthcare organizations such as hospitals, pharmaceuticals, healthtech and life science organizations, to make sure that those organizations can realize data-driven innovation. Wim Kees and Syntho won the prestigious Philips Innovation Award, won the Global SAS Hackathon in Healthcare & Life Science, and were shortlisted as Generative AI startup “to watch” by NVIDIA. So, why use real data when you could use synthetic data?
